One More Shot is a semi-professional guitar duo based in Devizes, Wiltshire. Chris Downing and Jim Smith have been performing together for over 25 years in different bands, blending rock, pop, and Americana styles to suit the room and the audience. They are known for their ability to play special requested songs (with a bit of notice). As a compact unit they take up less than three square yards - perfect when your space is limited and you want volume friendly levels - no more shouting and no more earplugs! This is Cocktail Bar Rock!

Private Parties
We only take up a small area as a duo - something like 7 x 4 feet - so home entertainment at a party is quite possible. And since the volume is controlled by the two of us - no ear splitting drummer and bass player to manage - it's perfect for a house party or garden event - without upsetting your whole neighbourhood. We sound like a full-on rock band but without the fallout - being heard a mile away!!

Yep! We've got our first just before Christmas 2025. We've got a set list of the Golden Oldies and the like that will entertain and raise the spirits of those remembering their golden years back in the past when they could rock with the best of them - clubbing into the small hours of the 60's, 70's and 80s.
